Thanks to a special collaboration with Linh Nga Contour during the recent ‘Starry Moonlight’ Collection showcase, students at JWA Wedding & Event Academy had the unique opportunity to undertake a complete real-world project, from conceptualization to event execution. This served as a perfect culmination of their studies, acting as their graduation project. Mr. Tien, not only served as a mentor but also as a valuable partner, collaborating with these aspiring wedding planners from across the country.
One of the most impactful experiences was the Destination Wedding in Da Lat. Students weren’t mere observers; they were active participants, immersed in the entire wedding planning process and experiencing firsthand the challenges of the profession. They faced real-world pressures, including tight deadlines, unpredictable weather with intermittent rain, and unforeseen obstacles during setup.
Despite these challenges, they maintained the spirit and energy of true professionals. The ‘simulated’ bride and groom brought remarkable authenticity and emotion to the event, further enhanced by the participation of renowned figures within the wedding industry.
Under transparent umbrellas, amidst a gentle drizzle, everyone experienced not only the pressures but also the exhilarating rewards of meticulous planning, from sound and lighting to every intricate decorative detail. It was an unforgettable moment for the students as they transitioned from learners to wedding executors, witnessing the tangible results of their hard work.
